Happy Healing Therapy provides compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for adults managing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and overall emotional well-being. Sessions are offered through our secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, providing flexible support. Please note that we currently do not offer couples, family, or child therapy.

Our standard rate for therapy is $110 per session, although we also offer an income-based sliding scale available upon request. We also accept insurance through Aetna, Optum, United Healthcare, and Cigna. Click here to see if we accept your insurance.

Our Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) approach combines multiple psychological theories to create safe, effective, and individualized treatment. TIC draws from attachment, neurobiological, and cognitive-behavioral methods to support emotional regulation, stress management, and processing of trauma-related thoughts. It also includes psychodynamic, relational, and systemic perspectives to explore how past experiences and social context shape current challenges. Strengths-based, somatic, and culturally responsive approaches further foster resilience, growth, and empowerment. By integrating these methods, TIC ensures therapy is tailored to each client rather than relying on a single modality.
What do services include?
Individual therapy usually involves weekly sessions lasting 50–60 minutes. During the first few sessions, you and your therapist will work together on an initial assessment to better understand your current mental health, identify treatment goals, and explore any other important factors that may impact your care. Therapy is personalized to each client, ensuring that your goals are addressed at a pace that feels right for you, using research-informed approaches that honor your unique needs and preferences.
